This is an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team. You will work alongside the other Finance Officer to ensure that Richmond Borough Mind’s financial administration operates in an efficient and timely manner.
Working with Sage50 Cloud Accounting, you will process supplier invoices, payments and expenses by setting up BACS payments, standing orders and direct debits as necessary. You will assist with monthly accounts; preparing monthly payroll information and processing month end schedules as requested.
This role will see your existing financial accounting and administrative skills develop, working closely with the Head of Finance in the preparation of management accounts and budgets as well as ad hoc financial tasks.

As a vital part of the Trust and Statutory fundraising team, the Stratutory Manager will report to the Head of Trusts and Statutory and work closely with project teams across the organisation, including senior operational leads and the Communications and Campaigns Team. The Centre Manager will manage the central administrative functions of the CCQI. Overall purpose:

The successful candidate will join a motivated and dynamic Business Development Team whose overarching ambition is to support the delivery of the Business Development Strategy targets for new growth, diversification and sustainable business.
The ideal candidate will:
Have demonstrable experience of managing tender projects, writing innovative proposals, and securing new contracts.
Have experience of responding to commissioners to create high quality, bespoke bids/proposals that are value for money and that generate significant income
Be able to develop and maintain relationships with a range of audiences including internal and external stakeholders
Have experience of supporting operational colleagues to develop new service models
Understand and be able to manipulate budgets and work closely with finance colleagues to produce costings that are competitive and offer value for money
Have an understanding of, be aligned to the values of, and be able promote service user leadership and involvement within tenders, applications and proposals.
This position is full time and both home and / or office based will be considered. The role will include some travel when required. All travel expenses will be paid.

Repton House is a mental health, supported housing service, working to a recovery model. We work with individuals over the age of 18, who have long and enduring mental health needs and/ or autism. This role would suit someone from a support, care, nursing or complex needs background. Our residents are at the centre of what we do, providing person-centred services, making no two days the same.
We know that recovery can look and feel very different to each and every one of us. But we also know that if we provide the right support, at the right time, we can inspire recovery nationwide and that recovery is possible for everyone. That’s where you come in.
Responsible for helping and inspiring the people who use our services to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community, we’ll rely on you to work with them to come up with a personal support plan that will see them achieve their goals and aspirations. Whether it’s developing their domestic and finance management skills or accessing work, leisure or educational opportunities, one thing’s for sure ‐ you will have every chance to shine.
No relevant experience is required as full training will be provided, although candidates with an understanding of mental health issues and/or lived experience would be welcomed. More important is your caring and compassionate nature and empathy and enthusiasm for helping others. Whatever your background, you’ll need to be happy to work both independently and within a team and willing to be part of a weekly rota system and available for on call duties.

Richmond Fellowship is part of Recovery Focus, a national group of charities highly experienced in providing specialist support services to individuals and families living with the effects of mental ill health, drug and alcohol use, gambling and domestic violence. The Maudsley Charity – Grants Programme Officer x2

Maudsley Charity works primarily with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London, as well as a range of voluntary and community organisations to fund ideas, big and small, that drive service improvement and support people who experience mental illness.
The charity operates primarily within the four boroughs served by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham, and Southwark), but the work they fund has the potential for wider impact at both national and international levels, through the sharing of the outcomes with the wider mental health community.
Their small but busy team works in a very collaborative and supportive way. They are now seeking two Grants Programme Officers to manage grant application processes and a grant portfolio, with guidance from a Programme Manager.
The ideal candidate will be self-organised and highly motivated and will have experience of grant-making processes, gained either by working at a funder or as a recipient of grant funding, they will be passionate about improving mental health and motivated by the ability of the Charity to make a difference.
