Overall purpose:
As Fundraising and Campaigns Marketing Manager in the Marketing & Communications team, you will drive Ben’s fundraising and commercial services with individuals and businesses within the automotive industry. You’ll work closely and collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the best possible results for communications delivered both digitally and physically (this can include content on our website, social channels, email and printed materials) to support the delivery of Ben’s overall strategy.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Managing the day-to-day marketing of fundraising/income campaigns using a test-and-learn approach across a range of new and existing channels and products

Families Out Loud (FOL) is a Wiltshire charity working with families challenged by someone else’s drug and alcohol dependency, supporting them to bravely build a better life. We have two Individual Giving Manager vacancies within the mental health sector. These are newly created roles at separate but connected charities.
One is with the umbrella charity and the other is with one of their member charities. Reporting into the same Head of Individual Giving, each role will lead its own charity in developing income from individual giving.
The umbrella charity is a younger charity in operation for 7 years, and they are about to launch a product linked to women’s health and mental health – a sector leading step for them.
The member charity has been in existence for around 50 years and supports people severely affected by mental illness. They have a loyal support base which is cash-led.
The roles will need the same skill set from individual giving experts but will have their own nuances and differences. The roles are fully responsible for all individual giving activity, with income of c.£300,000 a year for each charity.
Both charities are in the investment stage of developing the programmes and there will be opportunity for creative and innovation on both programmes.
There is an individual giving officer for each role that will report to each manager.
As both programmes are developing there is the need to keep improving on processes, reporting and systems.

This role will join our Marketing and Communications directorate, an innovative team of people who are committed to raising the profile of WithYou and connecting with our stakeholders in new ways.
Reporting into the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will take the lead in running the reactive press office function as well as planning and delivering a regular calendar of national proactive media moments, securing positive national coverage in print, broadcast and digital channels. In this role you will be responsible for developing a wide range of high- quality media materials including press releases, opinion pieces, blogs and statements.
You will provide co-ordinated localised media and general communications support to our Regional Heads of Marketing and Communications. REQUIRED SKILLS

- Working to assess, plan and implement our programmes with chosen education partners within the community.
