What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly organised individual, who is able to work well as part of a team in order to deliver work both efficiently and accurately. You will play an important role within the Client Delivery team by ensuring high level administrative support from updating in-house systems and maintaining client delivery processes to assist the team in developing long term relationships with our clients.
Your role will involve liaising with colleagues across the organisation and external providers to ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner. You will ensure high level customer service by ensuring that all booking and client information is updated on our system as well as creating daily and weekly reports. You will support the Client Development Managers with managing and responding to the client delivery inbox, tracking of training materials, keeping the system up to date with bookings and general administration support.
The post holder will be collaborative, have great attention to detail, be proactive, hands-on and have good communications skills.
