About MHFA   

We are MHFA England, a community interest company at the forefront of the mental health movement. We provide training courses to workplaces, schools and communities to give people the skills they need to look after their own and others’ wellbeing.We are working to improve the mental health of the nation.

What are we looking for?  

We’re looking for someone with experience in raising an organisation’s digital profile and contributing to its income raising capability. You will be focused on growing and optimising MHFA England’s presence on web, social and other online channels.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of user journeys, as well as experience managing campaigns on a variety of digital platforms. You will have an excellent knowledge of the digital landscape.

You will be innovative; identifying trends and improving performance based on insights from our data. We need someone who has the ability to work collaboratively with internal colleagues across the organisation, as well as third party providers.

You will be looking for a fast paced, dynamic, evolving organisation where no two days are the same; and where your skills will be utilised to transform attitudes to mental health. 

The role holder will play a key role in implementing digital campaigns and developing social media strategies to increase awareness of MHFA England’s work and training products.
