What are we looking for?
The goal of the Training Delivery and QA function is to develop a reputation for courses that are delivered safely, responsibly and to a consistently high standard. We do that through recruiting, developing and maintaining a pool of highly skilled and knowledgeable Instructor Members.
We are looking for an experienced individual to lead on the delivery and development of our QA framework for the professional development of MHFA England Instructors. You will be able to effectively implement organisational strategies for the Training Delivery and QA function and provide valuable insight into processes to ensure continuous quality improvement. The successful candidate will have the ability to build and manage strong relationships with partner organisations to maintain a strong reputation for quality whilst growing our Instructor network and overall impact. You will also support our National Trainers ensuring they have the right training and resources to enhance the quality of MHFA Instructors within workplaces and the wider community.
You will have a passion for mental health, wellbeing and best practice within organisations and be keen to make a real impact. You will have experience in being able to lead, motivate and support a team towards collaborative and high-performance work. You will also have commercial awareness within a variety of sectors and good business acumen to be able to deliver on key KPIs. The post holder will be passionate, organised, detail-oriented, and able to inspire and engage others.
