What are we looking for?
A newly created role at MHFA England, the Instructor Training Manager will ensure that we have the right number of National Trainers (NT’s) and instructors with the right training, resources and support to deliver MHFA England training into workplaces and the wider community.
We are looking for someone with talent and experience as a people and logistics manager, with a deep understanding of processes and how to implement them. Your strengths will lie in the planning, budgeting and delivery of activity. You will be able to make things happen quickly and to a high standard, with excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to identify, develop and deliver solutions that both streamline and further improve what we do.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is an experienced people manager, with an ability to confidently empower and motivate capable and skilled people. This role will stretch and enable growth and development from the first day, so is ideal for someone who is ambitious and looking to make a difference in both the role and the organisation. You will be looking for a fast paced, dynamic, evolving organisation where no two days are the same; and where your skills will be utilised to make a difference to those who need it most.
