What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to provide advice and administration support for the delivery of Instructor Training programmes, contributing towards our organisational goal of recruiting and maintaining high performing Instructor Members.

You will be able to:

  • Effectively use MS Office applications
  • Multitask and deal with conflicting priorities
  • Learn quickly with the ability to learn new skills and systems
  • Consistently apply standards and frameworks

 

You will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in customer service and administration
  • Knowledge of Mental Health in the workplace
  • Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate over email in a clear, professional and approachable manner
  • Attention to detail

 

Desirable skills:

  • Experience working in a training environment
  • Ability to manage workload independently
