Prevention is at the heart of what we do, because the best way to deal with a crisis is to prevent it from happening in the first place. We inform and influence the development of evidence-based mental health policy at national and local government level. In tandem, we help people to access information about the steps they can take to reduce their mental health risks and increase their resilience.
The Mental Health Foundation has secured funding from the National Lottery Community Fund for an exciting new project to deliver workshops for families where at least one parent has a diagnosed mental health problem.
We are looking for someone with strong experience of working in partnership and co-production, preferably in the field of mental health and/or working with families. The person needs to have excellent project management skills, experience of managing budgets, an understanding of monitoring and evaluation, and the ability to work in keeping with the Foundation’s core values. The post will be based at our London office.
