Passionate about helping young people progress through practical experience and motivational support?  

Fitzrovia Youth in Action (FYA) is seeking to employ a Project Manager to co-ordinate an exciting project, supported by the Big Lottery Fund, aimed at raising 
young people’s aspirations and learning while developing their employability skills and giving them an insight into the world of work and higher education.

Working in partnership with local businesses, youth services and educational institutions , the post holder will deliver an innovative programme consisting of work experience 

placements, 1-2-1 mentoring, youth volunteering, study support groups and employability workshops.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual with excellent organisational skills, great communication skills and the 
ability to motivate and support local businesses and employees to participate in the scheme, as well as young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

This role is funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.

Deadline for applications is Wednesday 31st August. Interviews will be held in the week commencing 5th September.
