Job description

We require a reliable, creative, and outgoing female worker to deliver across two exciting projects for those who identify as girls and young women in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

The overall aim of this projects are to work closely with those who identify as girls and young women and facilitate positive changes in behaviour towards relationships, identity and gender. You will work with girls and young women through a programme of sessions that address: good communication, healthy relationships, consent, violence, gender roles, identity, and conflict resolution. Your role will be multi-faceted, and you will therefore be flexible and able to offer a variety of SRH interventions in a broad range of settings to a wide range of young people. As a result, broader outcomes will include reducing substance misuse and involvement in crime or risky behaviour.
