We are currently recruiting to this role which is responsible for the day to day management of the Clacton and Colchester Crisis Cafés and the Mid Essex Sanctuary.
As Service lead you will be responsible for providing regular supervision and annual appraisals to the team.
Together with the Community Services Manager, you will ensure the Sanctuary and Crisis Café Team is compliant with the principles, service aims, and service objectives contained in the contracts between Mid and North East Essex Mind, North Essex CCG, Essex County Council, and Mid and South Essex CCG.
You will also support the Chief Executive, Marketing and Fundraising Manager and Service Operations Manager in promoting the Crisis Café (out of hours) Service.
