We have a great opportunity for a Performance Information Officer to join us on a fixed-term basis for approx. 12 months covering maternity leave.

Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time - 35 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract / Temporary / Secondment / Maternity Cover for approximately 12 months

The Role

Do you have experience of providing robust business performance reports? Are you able to present data in a meaningful way to help inform the decisions we make? Can you engage and collaborate with a range of stakeholders? If yes, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be producing accurate and reliable daily, weekly and monthly operational business reports which provide insight on outputs and trends relating to the quality and reliability of our service delivery to colleagues across our organisation. Using your keen eye for detail you’ll collate, analyse, interpret and benchmark all feedback about our organisation’s service; using this information to provide evidence of our contractual, regulatory and KPI compliance.

Importantly, as we work to continuously improve our services, you’ll work with operational colleagues to agree, develop and track service improvement activities in response to performance information - ensuring that the data and information you provide is contributing to us achieving our ambitious corporate plans.

Our Ideal Candidate?

  • You’ll have demonstrable experience of providing quality assured reports
  • You’ll have experience of using Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence Software packages such as Business Objects, PowerBi etc
  • You’re able to develop great professional relationships to work effectively and assess stakeholder requirements
  • You have a meticulous eye for detail and are able to drive the development of new reports and dashboards.
