The communications and marketing team’s purpose is to lift Mind’s brand; tell our story in a planned, and audience-driven way and deliver strategic, life-changing communications.
You will work in partnership across the organisation, initially Mind, Mind Cymru and retail, to deliver a high-quality range of communications, working to the strategic communications plan and the brand strategy.
You will lead a team of communications professionals, designers and multimedia producers to deliver support and advice across all teams and be responsible for developing the new design and production unit, leading on efficient design and print production. You will build relationships with external providers - e.g. design agencies, freelancers, producers, translators and printers - to make sure our supplier list is fit for purpose, whilst putting in place good systems and processes for both outsourced work and a trial in-house team.
