This role will see you work with the Head of Supporter Engagement to realise Mind’s ambition for improving how we engage with our supporters. From those who donate regularly, run, cycle or even craft for us; to those taking campaign actions, shopping or donating to our shops or using their personal experiences to help shape our work. We’ve invested in a new CRM and are now looking to drive forward supporter journeys that will provide a personal and tailored experience to all our supporters.
You’ll be responsible for implementing and championing our supporter engagement strategy, and overseeing the supporter communications planning process. By working with audience managers from across fundraising, campaigns, membership and participation, you’ll ensure that we put supporters at the heart of everything we do. This is a new role and has huge scope for development for the right person.
