Job Description

We are recruiting to the new post of Service Manager – Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners. This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical leadership and operational management to our PWP team within Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service.

Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Service is a complete Primary Care Mental Health Service delivered in partnership by Mind in Brighton and Hove, Here, YMCA Downslink Group and Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. In addition to IAPT the service includes Primary Mental Health Practitioners, Advice and Information, Employment Advice and a Children and Young People’s Service.

You must hold a postgraduate PWP qualification or equivalent and have demonstrable supervisory and managerial experience in an IAPT service. You will have experience of working in partnership, be committed to IAPT and the concept of stepped care and have the ability to lead the development of excellent clinical services.

The hours are full-time, 35 per week.
