Part-time, 28 hours per week
We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible person who will thrive in a diverse role within a busy community mental health service. You will oversee volunteers delivering a programme of activities and workshops, alongside one-to-one work, with the aim of supporting people to integrate back into the wider community.
This post involves working directly with members and volunteers to co-produce the service, with opportunities to work creatively alongside partners and statutory providers. This includes working collaboratively to adapt the service to meet changing local need following the Covid-19 outbreak.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong organisational skills, a positive solution-focused approach and excellent communication skills. You will also need experience of working in a mental health setting and have an embodied person-centred approach to mental health work.
