Project Development Worker
Salford
Salary: £24,400
This post is for 37.5 hours per week.

Mind in Salford are working alongside Salford Mental Health Forum to develop and deliver a high quality peer mentoring service as part of the Living Well Salford programme. We are looking for a talented Project Development Worker who will be responsible for the day to day management, delivery and development of new and existing projects.

Your duties will include:

  • To work as part of the projects team in the day to day management, delivery and development of new and existing projects.
  • Responsibility for the planning, development of new structures, organisation and implementation of service elements within an emerging process.
  • Ensure robust communication channels exists between Mind in Salford, its partners and colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance with both Living Well and Mind in Salford’s policies.
  • To oversee systems integration between Mind in Salford and its partners.
  • Monitor project budgets with support from the Operations Manager
  • Responsible for developing and co-producing training and development programmes for Living Well Project

An enhanced DBS check and comprehensive references will be required.

  • Able to use a bespoke database as well as Outlook, Word, Excel and other Microsoft packages to a high standard
  • Able to prioritise key tasks effectively whilst maintaining client care
  • Able to act on own initiative, and complete actions
  • Able & willing to learn and adapt and to develop in the role and engage positively with new ways of working, and to seek out appropriate training for your own professional development
