Reporting to: Clinical Director and Director of Psychological therapies and wellbeing
Salary: £50/hour for clinical supervision and clinical meetings (includes all note taking and prep) £10.75/hour for mandatory trainings

We are seeking a UKCP/BACP/HCPC registered clinical supervisor with an interest in supporting, through clinical supervision groups, the development of trainee therapists. We are seeking someone who aligns with the values and work of Mind in the City Hackney and Waltham Forest. Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest has a long-standing and well-established engagement with local and diverse communities and is committed to offer support and respect to anyone facing a mental health problem.

Candidates must be UKCP/BACP/HCPC registered, have more than five years post qualification experience and minimum two years supervisory experience. Clinical supervision qualification is essential. We are specifically looking to recruit an integrative supervisor. An interest and understanding of a few modalities and experience working within community settings is desirable.

Clinical supervision sessions occur in groups of 3-4 honorary therapists (trainee therapists) and/or volunteer therapists or staff.

There will be two supervision groups of 2 hours to supervise fortnightly with potential for further work:
- Tuesdays 9-11a.m. ( day/time flexible) and
- Thursdays 6-8p.m.
