Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest, working alongside East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) and other local voluntary sector providers, is recruiting a new and exciting Employment Advisor Community Connector role.
The Employment Advisor Community Connector will be working as part of the local neighborhood multi-disciplinary mental health teams, alongside other professionals from primary care, secondary care and the voluntary sector.
You will act as an expert advisor, guiding and supporting the multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that employment support is offered to all patients as a path to recovery.
The post is fixed term for 12 months with the potential for further extension.
