Salary: SC4/SP18 (£23,924.00 pro rata including London Weighting)

Mind in the City, Hackney & Waltham Forest is the lead partner in the City & Hackney Wellbeing Network, a network of voluntary sector organisations who together deliver an exciting and innovative package of support for people with mental health issues in Hackney and the City of London. The Wellbeing Network provides targeted interventions aimed at maintaining wellbeing and supporting those with a broad range of mental health issues.

The Single Point of Entry Officer role is part of a dynamic and effective team facilitating entrance to the City & Hackney Wellbeing Network, as well as other services and projects run by Mind in the City, Hackney & Waltham Forest. The team determine client eligibility for projects through triage and assessment, connecting clients to appropriate services internally & externally to best meet their needs. In this role you will hold a caseload of people, supporting them through their journey within the City & Hackney Wellbeing Network, providing one-to-one support, access to groups and regular reviews.
