Online peer support is a key strategic focus for Mind, and the role of the Digital Communities team is to create an engaging and supportive online space for people with mental health problems to share their experiences and support others.
Since 2013, Mind’s moderated online community Elefriends has provided a safe and anonymous space for people to talk openly about their mental health.
We’re looking for a Digital Community Officer to help us support the growth, development and delivery of Mind’s online peer support community.
Most importantly, you’ll help to create a safe space where community members have real and meaningful opportunities to share their experiences of the service, helping us to continually shape and evolve our online community offer to make it the best it can be.
