You will be responsible for the management and development of the Donor Experience strategy, programme and plans, maximising all opportunities to develop relationships with donors for long-term engagement and value and develop new innovative processes and products to help support the Direct Marketing team achieve income targets.
You will help develop strategic relationships with the current donor base and implement great donor experience and engagement journeys. You will develop and implement new products and processes using innovation cycles to improve supporter satisfaction and retention. To achieve this, you will shape and deliver an exciting donor experience programme using content strategies, insight-driven decision making and consent planning across an exciting multi-channel programme of campaigns, channels and audiences. We are looking for someone with relevant direct marketing experience with a strong strategic focus and the ability to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment.
