This is a fantastic opportunity to join Mind’s Direct Marketing team at an exciting stage of our development with the focus on donor recruitment, stewardship and developing long-term supporter value. You will be responsible for the management and development of the Direct Marketing strategy, team management and planning, and ensuring a test and learn approach to maximise all opportunities for income generation to achieve targets.
You will help develop the current donor base and plan and implement the recruitment of new donors. To achieve this, you will shape and deliver an exciting multi-channel programme of campaigns, channels and audiences including DRTV, Digital and our new RG product, Pause. You will be responsible for audience insight work and proposition testing to develop and diversify the DM programme. We are looking for someone with relevant direct marketing experience with a strong strategic focus and the ability to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment.
