Job description

Our Quality and Compliance team plays an important role in ensuring that Mind goes above and beyond meeting our regulatory requirements. We work to build a culture of learning and continuous improvement and share our expertise to build capacity across all of Mind and the local Mind network.

To join us in being successful in our cause, we are looking for a Quality Improvement Manager who will be responsible for managing a small team and leading on aspects of Mind’s Quality, Compliance and Audit Programme. As well as supporting teams to effectively manage risks, you will use your eye for detail to capture learning from complex information and lead on exciting initiatives to maximise the impact of Mind’s work. 

We are looking for an excellent communicator and strategic thinker who will enjoy developing a small and expert team. Your attitude is equally as important as your experience and you must have a practical, solution-focused approach as well as a track record of quality improvement in a values-driven environment.
