This is a sought-after opportunity to join our brand-new and ambitious Community & Events Fundraising Operations team as a Senior Community & Events Fundraising Operations Officer. As Senior Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Community & Events Fundraising Operations Manager with the process review, process delivery strategy and supporter stewardship strategy for the Community, Events & Fundraising Development team, with a focus on increasing income and supporter experience across C&E. You will play an integral role in innovating and improving processes across stewardship and fulfilment, end-to-end process mapping, implementation and evaluation as directed, with continual focus on improving supporter stewardship, supporter retention and maximising fundraising potential.
This is an exciting time to join a team in a considerable period of growth in Community & Events fundraising, raising £14m annually for Mind’s work to make sure that everyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for support and advice. In joining this new operational team, you will have the opportunity to feed into and develop the values and culture of the C&E Fundraising Operations team and develop how the team will work with the wider Community, Events and Fundraising Development team.
You will be responsible for line managing 3-4 Community & Events Fundraising Operations Assistants, and you will lead and support them to develop and deliver processes to support the wider team and carry out pieces of ad hoc project work.
