Our Research and Evaluation team work on a wide range of projects – influencing both national policy and local service delivery. We deliver mixed methods research projects in-house, commission expert research partners, and share our expertise to build capacity across all of Mind and the local Mind network.
As a Senior Officer within this team, you will support teams across the organisation to guide, challenge, and provide practical support for the planning and evaluation of Mind’s work with young people.
As part of a wider Research & Evaluation function, you will lead evaluation projects to understand what works and monitor the quality and experience of mental health services with young people. The evidence you produce supports the delivery of more efficient and effective services to increase Mind’s impact on people experiencing mental health problems.
