We are a highly successful women’s charity working in the domestic abuse, sexual violence and mental health fields.
Established in 1983, Bristol MISSING LINK is a leading provider of Housing and Support Services to women with complex needs and /or mental health needs in Bristol. Missing Link is the parent organisation to NEXT LINK domestic abuse services and SAFE LINK sexual violence services.
The connections between domestic abuse, sexual violence and mental ill health places our services in a unique position of being able to offer a range of support options.
We are now looking for a replacement for our Female Chief Executive Officer who is retiring, creating an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a flourishing and much‐respected charity. She will lead the organisation which is already in a position of strength through the next phase of its journey.
What we’re looking for in our Female Chief Executive Officer:
‐ A strategic thinker, capable of developing the future direction of the organisation
‐ An inspiring leader with vision, drive and extensive experience of working as a senior manager across multidisciplinary team
‐ Commercially astute with a proven track record of successfully responding to commissioning opportunities, tender writing and securing contracts
‐ Dynamic and effective communicator and negotiator, skilled and experienced in forming strong and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
‐ Able to demonstrate integrity, professionalism and a personal style which commands respect and credibility from others
Employment term: Permanent, Full Time 37 ½ hours per week, based in the centre of Bristol
