 What you’d be doing

  • Helping the fundraising team to make sure our supporters get the best possible care

  • Maintaining high quality of supporter details on our database

  • Making sure we keep good record of all the donations we receive

  • Helping to make our team run more efficiently and reach donors more effectively

 

Qualities/Experience/Skills needed

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to work autonomously and follow processes carefully

  • Willingness to work as part of a team and learn new skills

  • Experience of data entry and the use of databases is a bonus

Location and availability

  • You would be based at our Central Office in South West London (SW14 7JE)

  • This would ideally be a weekly commitment of one day a week (10:00 – 17:00)

  • We hope that you would be able to commit to at least six months’ of volunteering
