Job Description

MAF UK are seeking a full time IT Officer to support the IT infrastructure and its users by providing an efficient and effective technical support service.  Reporting to the IT Manager, you will assist with system administration, support staff in a timely, courteous and efficient manner, document processes and procedures and assist with projects and end user IT training.

To excel in this position, you will need proven experience in a technical role, be a keen self-starter and learner, have a passion for all things IT and the intelligence and desire to problem solve in a logical and methodical way. You will need to have an up to date and relevant ICT qualification, experience of working in a multi-site organisation and possess intuitive troubleshooting skills.

Based in Folkestone, Kent this role requires flexibility for occasional out of hours working which may include travel and attendance at MAF events, routine system maintenance out of hours, emergency response and travel to remote offices.

There is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian.  Additional information is available on request.


  • The salary for this role full time is £32,500 per annum 
  • Full time - 36 hours per week 
  • MAF UK provides a non-contributory pension scheme for staff of 10% salary on joining
  • The full-time annual leave entitlement is 22 days per year plus 8-statutory paid public holidays per year
  • Plus additional paid leave given by MAF UK for the Christmas and New Year office closure.

Location:  Folkestone, Kent with occasional travel across the UK
