Job description

Mission Aviation Fellowship International (MAF I) is a dynamic Christian aviation charity, operating 60 light aircraft serving 539 destinations in 12 developing countries, bringing help, hope and healing to people living in some of the worlds most isolated communities.

We have a new opportunity working within our learning and development team for someone with experience in design, development and curation of training content. You will also be involved in improving learning and training for the whole organisation.

You will identify, design and develop elearning face to face and blended courses where you will edit and produce job aids, videos and other resource materials. You will also be responsible for organising, administrating and storing original materials for learning.

You will train and advise on digital content development and curation by creating and presenting training sessions including webinars for course development and learning interventions. You will also build, maintain and evaluate a train-the-trainer course in collaboration with other departments. 

As the job holder you will assist with all elearning websites, materials and resources including L & D events, conferences and providing technical support in webinars, on-line training and websites. You will also research, test and implement new learning tools and technologies.


Advanced in video / audio editing 

Further education or certificate in educational technology or equivalent experience

Experience with curriculum writing and curation

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good organiser and administrator

Experience with learning design and development

Experience using a learning management system

Ability to work on a remote team


Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent

Bachelors degree in communications, instructional design or related field

Experience with agile project management

Experience with media production and directing
