As part of the international recruitment team you will be responsible for supporting our MAF Offices and overseas programmes in the recruitment of staff to meet our growing workforce needs.
The primary focus of the role will be on attraction and early enquiry management, making the best use of our career portal and social media channels. You will be the champion of our applicant tracking system and its development and will also need to keep abreast of the latest recruiting legislation and methods.
Other duties will include developing and co-ordinating recruitment campaigns, ensuring all relevant documentation or information is submitted and managed, communicating the progress of applicants and assisting with assessment days.
Additionally you will co-ordinate volunteer placements and internal staff transfers, ensuring all necessary preparation steps are carried out fully and well.
To be successful you will need to have experience in a similar recruitment role and specifically preparing attractive adverts and promoting them through agreed channels. You will need to have hands on experience of using an online applicant tracking system, be methodical with excellent attention to detail and have strong relationship building skills.
Use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are also required.
There is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian. The post holder will be expected to lead and take part in prayer and biblical reflection and to be a role model for the organisation in accordance with our Christian beliefs and standards in the work place.
