A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the organisation for an experienced Senior Recruitment Officer to join our recruitment team.
You will provide support to the International Recruitment Manager in the day to day recruitment operations including deputising in their absence. In addition you will play a key role in the training and the development of the team and overseas HR staff in recruitment matters.
You will manage the selection, assessment and onboarding of candidates going out to our programmes ensuring they integrate well. This will include planning interview days, conducting interviews, facilitating selection panels and co-ordinating orientation courses for new International staff.
The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in a similar recruitment role and hold a CIPD or equivalent professional qualification. You will need to be someone who has an eye for detail and is compliance orientated. You will possess excellent written, numeric and communication skills and be an excellent relationship builder.
There is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian. The post holder will be expected to take part in prayer and biblical reflection, and to be a role model for the organisation in accordance with our Christian beliefs and standards in the workplace.
