We’re looking for a new member of our Urb Farm social enterprise team.
Market Gardener
Location: Wolverton
Salary: £20,320 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Contract: Permanent
About the role
The Market Gardener will be responsible for maintaining and developing the market garden to ensure there are crops to harvest and sell to the local community throughout the year. Along with helping to grow the customer base the role will involve developing the Urb Farm site and supporting the bee keeping social enterprise also based at the Urb Farm.
A key part of this role is training and supervising 16-19 year olds as part of Milton Keynes Christian foundation’s learning and work experience programme.
We will be short listing and interviewing on a rolling basis with a final deadline of Friday 1st December 2023.
