MLC Partners are working with a well know not for profit organisation to recruit an Interim Systems Consultant for a period of 3-4 months to help the systems implementation lead with the embedding of their new system.
Reporting to the project manager, the main responsibilities of the role are:
- Handling organisation-wide queries on the new system and walking user through the solutions
- Run a help-desk to solve queries related to the Workday system
- Implement simple configuration changes and minor updates to the system
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of the financial aspect of Workday
- Understand the workings of the system and how to fix relatively basic issues
- Work with the project lead to ensure the user training programme is on target
