Finance Assistant (part-time)
£12,685 per annum + generous pension
21 hours per week
A vacancy has arisen in the Finance Team for a customer-service focussed Finance Assistant. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will primarily be responsible for processing of payments into and out of the organisation.
The successful candidate will be skilled in the use of accounting software, (preferable PS Financials) and will be responsible for creating and issuing funding invoices to other departments and setting up supplier invoices and expense claims.
With the ability to work as part of a team, you will have proven experience in a similar role and will communicate effectively with people internal and external to the Trust. With excellent communication skills, you will be able to manage your time effectively whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy.
