Money Advice Trust provides free information, advice and resources to help people successfully manage their finances. With demand for money advice consistently outstripping supply, finding more efficient ways of helping people is at the heart of our work. 

We are now looking for a Training & Development Manager to join our team in London and enable us to provide the most effective support to our service users.

Your Role 

As the Training & Development Services Manager, you will be transforming the delivery of advice, learning and development services for Debt Advisors to ensure they have the skills to succeed. 

Playing a leading role in our training service, named Wiseradviser, you will lead the delivery and quality assurance of services and materials that support the work of our Debt Advisers. 

Working with the organisations that fund our operations, you will develop and implement learning solutions, services and materials. Your target audience will be Debt Advisors working within partner organisations such as Debt Advice sector partners and subject matter experts. 

Additionally, you’ll act as an ambassador for Wiseradviser and help to generate funding whilst raising the profile of the service. 

About You 

To join us as the Training & Development Manager, you will need: 

- Significant L&D experience 
- Substantial experience of managing projects, overseeing the production of training pathways and working with a network of trainers 
- Strong presentation skills 
- Outstanding communication abilities
