Community Outreach Worker Advert

Morgan Hunt are currently looking for a Community Outreach Worker, working with a specialist charity within the VAWG sector.

Based in South West London we are looking for someone with previous experience within the Violence Against Women and Girls sector, and experience managing a caseload of women who have previously or currently face domestic violence.

As an Outreach Worker, you will need to be confident working within the community, empowering women to make informed decisions and increase their confidence, options and safety!

As an Community Outreach Worker you will:

- Provide advocacy support for women who have experienced any form of domestic violence and are engaging with the criminal justice system

- Undertaking regular review risk and needs assessments

- Ensuring the safety of survivors and children by working within local safeguarding policies

- Supporting survivors through the criminal justice process from report to court
