Morgan Hunt are currently seeking a passionate Senior Advocate for a role with a leading women's charity based in West London - If you're an advocate, who's looking to potentially step up in the field, keep reading.

The service itself works with some of the most vulnerable young women in the capital, from backgrounds ranging from being involved with gangs, to those with historic child sexual exploitation.

As a Senior Advocate, you'll be the first point of call for the advocates and caseworkers already in place, for all of their concerns regarding safeguarding and crisis management.

Requirements:

• Working with Young People/ Working with Young Women specifically who have experienced forms of violence
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding in relation to children and Young People
• Case Management experience
• Experience of developing resources and service delivery
