Job description

My client, a large not-for-profit organisation based in central London now urgently requires an Employee Relations Manager to join them for an initial period of 6 months.

As Employee Relations Manager you will lead and manage a team in the delivery of a high-quality and robust advisory and case management service to the organisation.

This role will suit an experienced Employee Relations specialist with previous experience in a leadership or management capacity gained in a large, complex unionised organisation and a proven track record of driving service improvements through reviewing, creating and implementing well-defined and customer focused processes and systems.

Please note, in order to be considered you will ideally be available to start immediately or alternatively within a short notice period.
