Job description

I am currently working with a prestigious education organisation, who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor. This contract will initially be for 3 months with the view of going temporary to permanent. 

The main accountabilities held within this role will include:

  • Provide operational advice & guidance to support the planning and implementation of change programmes, including re-structuring, across defined areas of the organisation
  • Advise and guide managers on case management, including performance management, disciplinary, absence & grievance issues 
  • Support the design and delivery of course material, guidance and information relating to HR 
  • Assist with the development of business focussed HR & OD tools, processes and initiatives and support their implementation 
  • Work with managers in a coaching capacity to ensure roles are appropriately defined 
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues in HR & OD to drive improvement in service delivery
