Job Description

A fantastic charity in South London are recruiting an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to deliver specialist Human Resources expertise. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner across the organisation and ensure that management understands and is aligned with the HR Strategy 
  • You will be willing to challenge positions and approaches ensuring that there is a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation 
  • Carry out job evaluation and job gradings 
  • Lead on large scale and complex organizational change processes 
  • Manage the HR Advisors, providing input and advice where necessary on ER cases 
  • Work with the Organisation Development and L&D Consultants to ensure that staff across the organization continue to develop and improve 
  • Carry out job evaluation and advise on job gradings 
  • Carry out stakeholder management of senior members of staff and the directorate 

Qualifications/experience required

  • Proven experience of leading on and implementing change within an organization 
  • Excellent employment law knowledge and experience with complex ER matters 
  • Experience carrying out stakeholder management, influencing managers at all levels 
  • CIPD Qualified
