My client is now offering a fantastic opportunity for a strong HR generalist to join their world-class organisation.
As HR Business Partner you will partner with a varied client group spanning technical experts, corporate functions and commercial teams to provide proactive, comprehensive and customer-focused people solutions. Working closely with management teams, you’ll support the development and delivery of business plans by influencing leadership and management on the people agenda and through the delivery of a full range of HR interventions to your clients. In addition, you’ll also work alongside colleagues to contribute to a range of exciting organisation-wide projects.
This fantastic opportunity requires an individual with broad generalist operational HR experience and proven experience in a role taking a business partnering approach with a diverse range of clients. Ideally MCIPD qualified or with equivalent experience, you’ll offer a track record of delivering high quality HR influence and support gained in a multi-discipline business model, which will also include line managing others. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior audiences are essential. The ideal candidate will also be able to draw on experience from a breadth of sectors that will ideally include experience in an academically focused environment. This role will suit some who enjoys the breadth and variety of a generalist HR partnership role, with particular experience and interest in leadership development and performance management.
