My client, a globally influential and highly innovative Not-for-Profit organisation now requires an exceptional HR Business Partner to join them for a period of 12 months.
Based at their fantastic central London offices and reporting to the Director of People, as HR Business Partner you will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of an innovative, solutions-driven and business enabling HR service to this small but highly impactful organisation.
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced HR generalist with a successful and proven track record of working in a People setting and with a strong delivery focus and attention to detail.
As a creative thinker who enjoys developing new and innovative ways of addressing people challenges, you will be adaptable and flexible to working within differing organisational cultures and be able to quickly build effective relationships at all levels.
