My client, an innovative Not-for-Profit organisation now requires an exceptional HR Business Partner to join them for a contract period until February 2021.
Reporting to the Head of People, as HR Business Partner you will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of an innovative, solutions-driven and business enabling HR service to this small but highly impactful organisation.
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced HR generalist with a flexible and hands on approach and a strong delivery focus. Your track record as a strong HR generalist will include delivery at both strategic and operational levels and also include managing and developing HR colleagues.
As a creative thinker who enjoys developing new and innovative ways of addressing people challenges, you will be adaptable and flexible to working within differing organisational cultures and be able to quickly build effective relationships at all levels.
