To work closely with managers and directors to formulate and deliver People Plans, HR processes and systems that will support the delivery of Advance’s strategic plan.
- Support the Head of HR to efficiently and effectively deliver the People Strategy
- Work with Directors and Senior Managers to effectively design and implement people plans that contribute to the overall strategic plan and HR vision
- Continually develop and review HR policies and procedures and produce templates and guides to assist managers and staff.
- Lead on complex employee relations matters, up to and including tribunal level, whilst ensuring excellent support to people managers and Directors
- Level 7 CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification
- Strong HR employee relations experience
- Experience of working within a Business Partnering model, collaborating closely with managers and senior stakeholders
