Job description

Job Overview

To work closely with managers and directors to formulate and deliver People Plans, HR processes and systems that will support the delivery of Advance’s strategic plan. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support the Head of HR to efficiently and effectively deliver the People Strategy
  • Work with Directors and Senior Managers to effectively design and implement people plans that contribute to the overall strategic plan and HR vision
  • Continually develop and review HR policies and procedures and produce templates and guides to assist managers and staff.
  • Lead on complex employee relations matters, up to and including tribunal level, whilst ensuring excellent support to people managers and Directors

Qualifications

  • Level 7 CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification
  • Strong HR employee relations experience
  • Experience of working within a Business Partnering model, collaborating closely with managers and senior stakeholders
