Morgan Law are delighted to be working with a leading organisation in the search for an experienced HR Shared Services Manager.
As HR Shared Services Manager you will lead the development and delivery of the HR Shared Services provision, managing a team to provide high quality and customer focused advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and processes, as well as delivering a comprehensive HR transactional processing service for the organisation.
To be considered you should be available to start this new role quickly and will require:
- Proven expertise as an HR Shared Services delivery specialist and in developing HR Shared Services Strategy
- A proven track record of delivering high quality, customer orientated, HR Shared services through a team to meet required SLAs and KPIs.
- Strong people management skills to include coaching, developing and performance management of others.
- Experience in the practical application of business process re-engineering along with a systems led approach to delivering service improvements through a range of technology solutions
