I am urgently recruiting an Interim HR Business Partner for a renowned membership establishment based in Central London for an initial 6-month period.
Reporting into the Senior HR Consultant with a dotted line to the HR Director, you will work across the organisation advising on all elements of HR, particularly employee relations.
This is an initial 6-month fixed-term salaried contract with the possibility of a permanent role in the future. This role will pay a salary of £50,000 to £55,000 per year and you will: -
- Be an experienced HR Business Partner who has worked in similar HRBP or Senior HR Business Partner roles
- Have strong experience in handling all types of employee relations, change management and restructure
- Have an abundance of experience of working in heavily unionised environments
- Be MCIPD Qualified
- Be available immediately as the start date for this role is by 20/01/20
