I’m currently recruiting an interim HR Business Partner for a UK based International Charity, to cover a period of maternity leave for up to 12 months. The role pays £41,265 per year and will be carried out on “hybrid” working basis with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office and the rest working remotely.
The organisation is based just east of Central London and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be one of two HR Business Partners in the team and the ideal candidate will have excellent Employee Relations experience, be used to dealing with restructures and have a sound understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
