Our client now urgently requires an HR Data Analyst with expertise in Oracle HRIS functionality for a period of at least 3 months.
As interim HR Data Analyst you will provide key insights and identify trends through the analysis, development and delivery of strategic People Data and management information reporting that will enable strategic, evidence-based decision making.
To be considered you must be available to start a new assignment immediately and will require:
- Proven experience as an HR Systems and Data specialist, ideally with multi-sector experience
- Expertise in Oracle HRIS functionality, to include data extraction, reporting capability, data analysis and interpretation and presentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence a range of people professionals and key stakeholders across the organisation
- Strong project management skills
