Job description

My client, a not-for-profit organisation based in East London are urgently seeking a stand-alone, Interim HR Manager role for an initial period of 3 months.  This role will be a mix of remote and office-based working and you will need to be an experienced HR Generalist.

The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and be at least CIPD level 5 qualified.  You should have experience of dealing with and managing employee relations, recruitment and handling consultations and redundancy.

The position pays £38,000 per year and there may be the opportunity to apply to the role on a permanent basis.  You will have part-time support from and HR Administrator and you can also take advice from an HR Consultant that consults for the organisation when required.
